3. Seller issues draft contract. Buyer signs, returns.
4. Seller issues final copy of contract. Buyer signs, seller signs. Both lodge a copy in their own banks
5. Buyer's bank issuesnon-transferrable, non-divisible LC at sight
6. At this point, buyer or representative may visit the plantation facilities in Medan, North Sumatera Indonesia to witness production of purchase
7. LC is operative at sight.
